Soya Pasta Bolognaise With Italian Flavour

INGREDIENTS

  • Penne pasta – 3 cups
    Soya chunks – 1 1/2 cup(cooked&minced)
    Onion – 1 no(chopped)
    Garlic – 5 cloves(chopped)
    Greenchillies – 2 nos(chopped)
    Celery – 1/2 cup(chopped)
    Tomato puree – 1 tbsp
    Tomato canned – 1 tin
    Bolognaise sauce – 1 tbsp
    Salt – As reqd
    Pepper – As reqd
    Parsley – Few
    Butter – As reqd
    Method Of Cooking :

    Step 1

    For preparing pasta in soya bolognaise, first cook pasta with little salt and keep aside. Drizzle olive oil.

    Step 2

    In a pan, heat butter and little olive oil. Add garlic and onion. Fry for a while.

    Step 3

    Add celery, green chillies and soya chunks.

    Step 4

    Mix well. Add tomato puree, canned tomato and the bolognaise sauce.

    Step 5

    Add salt and pepper as required.

    Step 6

    Add parsley and sprinkle little water.

    Step 7

    Cook in low heat. When done, remove from flame.

    Step 8

    Keep the pasta in serving plate. Pour the soya gravy over the pasta and cover it.

    Step 9

     Pasta with soya bolognaise is ready.
