Soya Noodlee Roll

Every generation like to eat spring roll. Soya noodlee roll is similar like spring roll, it is mostly favored by the young generation and kids. Its outer structure also made by fine flour like it is made in spring rolls.

PREPARATIONS

  • Take a deep sauce pan, put in this soya noodlee, 1 liter of water and 1 teaspoon salt then boil it for 15-18 minutes approx or till it becomes fully soft. Strain the soya noodlee and keep it aside.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons refined oil in a pan/kadai, add the whole red chilli, when they begin to change in colour, then add sliced onion and sauté well until onions turn transparent then add ginger garlic paste and stir-fry for 2 minutes. After this add sliced tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala then cook until it becomes soft and oil separate.
  • Add sliced capsicums, boiled soya noodlee to the masala and allow finish cooking on medium heat. The masala should coat the soya noodle and look solid. When you shake the pan, the masala and noodlee should move together. Remove from the heat and add chopped green coriander. Toss until well combined. Adjust the salt & chilli then take out from the heat.
  • Take a roti and spread some green chutney in the center, then put the soya noodlee stuffing evenly in the center. Sprinkle thinly sliced onion and some chat masala. Now fold the roti as like roll from the lower side. Make sure that no stuffing falls out.
  • Now arrange on a platter and serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
