Crispy Honey Chilli Soya Vegget

Crispy Honey Chilli Soya Vegget is the best vegetarian dish which is used in india. This is the best substitute of Chicken Chilli. It contain health as well as richness of the chicken.

For the Fry

100 Grams Soya Vegget
1⁄2 Cup Corn Flour
1 Teaspoon White/Black Pepper Powder
Oil For Deep Frying
Salt As per Taste

For the Sauce

2 Teaspoons Oil
2 Capsicum, Sliced
1 Tablespoon Chopped Garlic
1 Tablespoon Roasted White Sesame Seeds
5 Tablespoons Honey
1⁄2 Teaspoon Soya Sauce
2 Tablespoons Red Chilli Sauce
2 Tablespoon Green Chilli Sauce
2 Teaspoon Vinegar
2 Spring Onions (With Stalk), Sliced
Salt As per Taste

PREPARATIONS

  • Boil Soya Vegget in 1 litre of water and 1⁄2 teaspoon salt for 10—12 minutes or oil becomes soft. Now drain the water and squeeze Soya Vegget properly and then keep aside in a bowl.
  • Take Soya Vegget in a bowl and sprinkle corn flour, salt, pepper powder over it then toss and deep fry it till crispy and golden brown.
  • Heat oil in pan/kadai then add chopped garlic and stir-fry on high flame for 30 seconds. After this add capsicum, honey, salt, soya sauce,\/inegar, chilli sauce and mix well.
  • Now add fried Soya Veggets, toasted sesame seeds and allow finish cooking, over high flame. The sauce should coat to the Soya Veggets and look solid. When you shake the pan, the sauce and Veggets should move together. Adjust the salt and pepper then remove from the heat. Garnish with chopped spring onion. Your delicious Crispy Honey Chilli Soya Vegget dish is ready to serve.
