Soya noodle is a tasty and pure vegetarian noodle. It is a maida free and easily digestive foodstuff. Soya Noodle is rich in dietary fiber. Chinese preparation of Soya noodle is a favorite food for Chinese food lovers. It is suitable for all time menu.

The start of something delicious

Ready to Grill/Shallow Fry

  • Take 100 grams of Soya Noodlee along with 1 teaspoon salt in 1 litre of water and boil it for 15 minutes approx(till it becomes fully soft). Stain the Soya Noodlee and keep it aside.

  • Take 200 grams of capsicum, 200 grams of carrot,300 grams of cabbage and 200 grams of onion. Cut all the vegetables in thin & long shapes.

  • Take a kadahi/deep fry pan and pour 2 table spoon of refined oil.

  • Put all the cut vegetables in the pan and stir fry them for 1 minute. Add the boiled Soya Noodlee to it.Thereafter add half teaspoon of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of green chilli sauce, 2 tablespoon of red chilli sauce and 2 tablespoon of tomato sauce.Mix all these ingredient with the Soya Noodlee well and Stir fry them for 6 minutes. Garnish with spring onions.

  • Serve with tomato Ketchup/Chilly sauce
