Soya Vegetables With Mix Vegetables

|100 Grams||Soya Noodle (Break In Small Pieces)|
|50 Grams||Cauliflower (Cut Into Small Florets)|
|1 Cup||Chopped Carrot|
|1 Cup||Peas, Fresh Or Frozen|
|1⁄4 Cup||Chopped French Beans|
|2 Tablespoon||Vegetable Oil|
|1 Teaspoon||Cumin Seeds|
|1 Cup||Fine Chopped Onion|
|1⁄2 Tablespoon||Ginger Garlic Paste|
|1 Teaspoon||Chilli Powder|
|1 Teaspoon||Turmeric Powder|
For The Soft & Juicy
|1 Tablespoon||Lemon Juice|
|1 Tablespoon||Chat Masala|
- Making Soya Vegetables With Mix Vegetables is very easy put the broken soya noodlee in 1 liter of water and 1 teaspoon salt then boil for 15 minutes. Now add chopped carrots, chopped cauliﬂower, peas and chopped french beans into same boiling noodlee for last 2-3 minutes of cooking time then strain and keep aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in deep pan/kadai then add cumin seeds, chopped onions stir-fry well until onions turn transparent then add ginger garlic paste and fry till light golden brown. After this add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala then cook until oil separate.
- Add boiled soya noodlee and vegetables then cook with continually stir on slow ﬂame. Do not let sticks if sticking adjusts few drops of water and cook another 5-8 minutes.
- Now garnish it with coriander leaves and serve with roﬁ/naan.
