Soya Vegget Curry

Soya Vegget curry is one of the recipe of Soya Vegget which is pure vegetarian foodstuff. You can manage and added few more ingredient according to your taste.
100 Grams Soya Vegget
2 Tablespoon Refind Oil
1 Teaspoon Walnut
2 Big Onions fine Chopped
1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tablespoon Fresh Tomato Puree
2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
2 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
10 Nos Black Pepper
2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Garam Masala
1 Tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves
Salt As Per Taste

PREPARATIONS

  • Soak Soya Vegget in salted hot water for 20 minutes. After soaked the Soya Veggets would appear bigger in size. Squeeze all the water from the soya veggets and cut each soya vegget into 2 pieces, then keep aside.
  • Marinate soaked soya vegget with chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala,lemon juice and salt for 20 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them brown then add chopped onions and stir-fry well until onions turn light golden brown. After this add chopped tomatoes and stir fry till it becomes soft.
  • Add marinated soya veggets and stir fry continually on slow flame. Do not let sticks, if sticking adjusts few drops of water and cook for 5 minutes or until the oil separates.
  • Now pour 2-3 cups of water and mix well after this cover the pressure cooker and cook for 1-2 whistles. Or until Soya Veggets cooked well.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
