Ready to cook

  • Take 50 grams of Soya Vermicelli and break it into small pieces(2-3 cm approx.). Put the broken Soya Vermicelli along with 0.5gm mitha soda in 1 litre of water and boil it for 15 minutes approx(till it becomes soft). Strain the Soya Vermicelli it aside.

  • Take 1 litre of milk and boil it, add the Soya Vermicelli, 50 gm sugar, few dry fruits and elaichi (as per your choice) then cook for 30-40 minutes on low flame. Now your Soya Vermicelli is ready to serve.
