2 Teaspoons | Ginger Garlic Paste |
2 Teaspoons | Lemon Juice |
1 Teaspoons | Coriander Powder |
2 Tablespoons | Red Chilli Powder |
4 Tablespoons | Turmeric Powder |

PREPARATIONS
- Open the Soya Indi Chop packet and take out the pieces, wash them with cold water and then cut each piece in small sizes.
- Marinate Soya Indi Chop with lemon juice and salt for 20 minutes.
- Heat sufficient oil in a pan/kadai then fry Soya Indi Chop for 1-2 minutes and keep it side. (fry is optional).
- Heat 4 tablespoon oil in a pan/kadai on slow flame. Add all the whole spices and let them get brown, now add chopped onions and stir-fry them well until the onions turn transparent, then add ginger garlic paste and stir-fry them on a slow flame until it becomes light golden brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes and all the remaining spices except green coriander mix them well and cook it on a slow flame until the oil separates.
- Add Soya Indi Chop and cook on a slow flame for 1-2 minutes with stirring continuously. Do not let it stick, if sticking happens add few drops of water.
- Now pour 1 cup of water and mix them well then cover the pan and cook until Soya Indi Chop is cooked well with masala.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti/naan.
