2 Teaspoon | Ginger Garlic Paste |
1 Teaspoon | Dried Herbs Or Oregano |
1/2 Tablespoons | Wheat Flour |
2 Tablespoons | Corn Flour |
1 Teaspoon | Crushed Red Chilli |
1 Tablespoon | Lemon Juice |
Oil | For Deep Fry |
Salt | As per Taste |

PREPARATIONS
- Boil Soya Vegget in 1 litre of water and 1/2 teaspoon salt for 10-12 minutes or till becomes soft. Drain the water and squeeze the Soya Vegget properly.
- Mix all the ingredients with Soya Vegget except oil. Let the marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a kadai/frying pan and deep fry till golden brown. (fry few Soya Veggets at a time)
- You can add that masala as per your taste then serve with mint sauce or tomato sauce.
