Soya Indi Chop Do Pyaza Recipe
Do Pyaza names suggest that two onion. Soya Indi Chop Do Pyaza is a recipe which contains onion in major quantity although it contain few other ingredient which is given below.



| 200 Grams | Soya Indi Chop |
| 4 Tablespoon | Oil |
| 4 | Onion, Fine Chopped |
| 1 Tablespoon | Chopped Coriander Leaf |
For the Marinate
| 1 | Bay Leaf |
| 2 Nos Of | Cloves |
| 1 Stick Of | Cinnamon |
| 2 Nos | Black Cardamoms |
Paste for the Marinate
| 1 Inch | Ginger Piece |
| 10 | Cloves Of Garlic |
| 5 | Green Chillies |
| 1 Teaspoon | Cumin Seeds |
| 1 Tablespoon | Lemon Juice |
| 1 Teaspoon | Red Chilli Powder |
| 5 Nos | Cashew Nuts(Kaaju) |
| 1⁄2 Cup Of | Water |
| Salt | As per Taste |

- Open the Soya lndi Chop packet and take out the pieces, wash with cold water then cut each piece in small sizes.
- Put all the ingredients of paste into food processor jar and grind until the smooth paste.
- Marinate Soya lndi Chop with the paste for 30 minutes.
- Heat 4 tablespoon oil in a pressure cooker on medium heat. Add all the whole spices and wait for till sputter then add onions slices and stir-fry until the golden brown.
- Add marinated Soya Indi Chop into this and cook on slow flame for 8-10 minutes with continually stir.
- Now pour 2 cups of water and mix well, cover the pressure cooker and let cook for 2-3 whistles then put of the flame.
- Open the pressure cooker and cook again until the gravy thick.
- After cooked garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
