Pizza Topping With Soya Indi Chop

Pizza is a common and easily available fast food in every where in the country it is tasty but it is not good for health but we produce pizza with soya stuffing which is good for health
200 Grams Soya Indi Chop
4 Pizza Base
3 Cups Of Grated Mozzarella Cheese
8 Tablespoon Pizza Sauce Or Tomato Sauce
1 Small Yellow Bell Pepper (Cut Into Thin Slices)
1 Small Red Bale Pepper (Cut Into Thin Slices)
1 Small Green Capsicum (Cut Into Thin Slices)
4 Tablespoon Chilli Flakes
4 Tablespoon Dried Herbs
2 Tablespoon Crushed Black Pepper
PREPARATIONS

PREPARATIONS

  • Open the Soya Indi Chop packet and take out the pieces, wash them with cold water then cut into small sizes cubes.
  • Take a bowl and add Soya Indi Chop cubes into this along with the marination section ingredients and marinate them for 30 minutes.
  • Heat a frying pan with 5 tablespoon oil and add marinated Soya Indi Chop cubes in this, then stir-fry them for 5-8 minutes or until they become well-cooked.
  • Preheat the oven at 200°c.
  • Now place one by one the pizza base on to a plastic chopping board and spread the base top with 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
  • For topping add 2 tablespoon stir-fried Soya Indi Chop, few slice of all types capsicums, salt, black pepper, and dried herbs.
  • Finally sprinkle 3-4 tablespoon grated mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza base and transfer into preheated oven for baking it for 5-6 minutes or until it becomes brown on top.
  • Now take out from the oven and serve hot.
  • Repeat same method for the remaining pizza base.
