Soya Indi Chop is a vegetarian product of Vezlay and with the help of ingredient like Spinach you can make Soya delicious foodstuff. It increase the taste of the spinach





| 200 Grams | Soya Indi Chop |
| 4 Tablespoons | Oil |
| 2 Tablespoon | Refind Oil |
| 3 big | Onions, Fine Chopped |
| 2 | Whole Red Chillies |
| 3 | Tomatoes, Fine Chopped |
| 1 Teaspoon | Black Mustard Seeds |
| 15 | Curry Leaves |
| 1 Tablespoon | Chopped Coriander Leafs |
Paste for the Marinate
| 1 Inch | Size Ginger Piece |
| 20 | Cloves Of Garlic |
| 1 Tablespoon | Fennel Seeds |
| 1 Tablespoon | Cumin Seeds |
| 1 Tablespoon | Coriander Seeds |
| 6 Nos | Black Pepper |
| 2 Whole | Red Chillies |
| 2 Nos | Black Cardamoms |
| 50 Grams | Fresh Coconut |
| 2 | Cinnamon Sticks |
| 4 Nos | Cloves |
| 1 Cup Of | Water |

PREPARATIONS
- Open the Soya Indi Chop packet and take out the pieces, wash them with cold water then cut each piece in small sizes.
- Marinate Soya Indi Chop with ingredients mentioned for marination section for 20 minutes.
- Wash spinach leafs in running cold water, and then chop it and keep aside
- Heat 4 tablespoon oil in a pan/kadai on slow flame. Add cumin seed, whole red chillis and let them get brown; now add chopped onions, chopped ginger garlic and stir-fry them well on slow flame until it becomes light golden brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes and all the remaining spices except green coriander mix well and cook on slow flame until the oil separates.
- Add marinated soya indi chop and cook on a low flame for 5-8 minutes white stirring continuously. Do not let it stick if sticking happens add few drops of water.
- Add chopped spinach into this and cook on high flame until spinach gets cooked and water is absorbed
