Soya Noodlee And Vegetable Soup

Soup is the type of dish which is easily digestible and it will full with protein and soya noodlee with vegetable gives this soup more health and taste.

25 GramsSoya Noodlee
1 TablespoonVegetables Oil
1 ⁄ 2 CupFinely Chopped Mixed Vegetables
1 ⁄ 4 CupSweet Corn
4 CupWater
1 ⁄ 4 TeaspoonWhite Pepper Powder
1 TeaspoonSoy Sauce
1 ⁄ 2 TeaspoonSugar
2 TeaspoonsSugar
1 TeaspoonsChilli Sauce
2 TablespoonsCorn Flour Mixed With 1 ⁄ 2 Cup Of Water
1 TablespoonFinely Chopped Coriander
PREPARATIONS

PREPARATIONS

  • Take a deep sauce pan, put in this Soya Noodlee with 1 litter of water, halfteaspoon salt then boil it for 15 minutes approx (till it becomes fully soft). Strain the Soya Noodlee and chopped finely after cold.
  • Heat The oil in a sauce pan on high flame, Add The mixed vegetables, Chopped Noodlee and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • Add the sweet corn, 4 cups of water, salt, pepper, soya sauce, sugar, chilli sauce, and vinegar mix well and bring to boil, simmer the flame till the vegetables get cooked.
  • Pour the dissolved corn flour and mix well, cook till the soup thick.
  • Garnish with the chopped coriander and serve hot.
