100 Grams Soya Noodlee
500 Grams Oil For Deep Fry Noodlee
50 Grams Beans, Cut Into Thin Strips
1 No. Of Carrot, Cut Into Thin Strips
2 Teaspoons Chopped Ginger
5-6 Pieces cloves Chopped Garlic
1-2 Green Chilies Cut Into Thin Strips
2 Medium Onions Cut In Sliced
2 Medium Capsicum Cut In Sliced
1/2 Cup Cabbage, Cut In Sliced
1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Sauce
1 Tablespoon Green Chilli Sauce
3 Tablespoons Tomato Ketchup
2 Teaspoons Vinegar
2 Teaspoons Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
3 Tablespoons+2 Tablespoons Corn Flour
1 Cup + 1 Cup Water
Salt To Taste
PREPARATIONS

PREPARATIONS

  • Take a deep sauce pan, put in this soya noodlee, 1 liter of water, 1 teaspoon salt and boil it for 15-18 minutes approx or till it becomes fully soft. Now strain the soya noodlee and keep it aside.
  • Take boiled soya noodlee in a large bowl, sprinkle 2 tablespoons corn flour and salt over it then toss gently.
  • Heat oil in a deep kadai/pan then deep fry soya noodlee till crispy golden brown and set aside
  • Boil carrots and french beans with a pinch of salt in sufficient water for 3 minutes. After boiled drain the water and keep aside.
  • Dissolve 3 tablespoons corn flour in 1/2 cup ofwater and keep aside.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil in another pan over high flame. Add chopped ginger and chopped garlic then sauté for 20 seconds. Add onion and capsicum, sauté for 3-4 mintues.
  • Add boiled vegetables, cabbage and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, sugar, vinegar, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  • Add 2-cups of water and bring it to boil. When it starts to boil, reduce flame to low and cook for 3 minutes. Add dissolved corn flour and mix well.
  • Stir and cook over medium flame until sauce turns thick, darker in color and coats the vegetables or approx. 2-3 minutes. Turn off the flame.
  • Place crispy fried noodles on a serving bowl and pour prepared vegetable sauce mixture over it. Now soya noodlee chopsuey is ready to serve.
