Soya Noodlee Garlic Chowmin
Chowmin is a chinese dish but now it is liked by the india too. Our dish Soya Noodlee Garlic Chowmin have too much cluster of garlic which gives pretty smell as well taste.

15 Nos | Cloves Of Garlic, Chopped |
2 Teaspoons | Chopped Ginger |
50 Grams | French Beans, Sliced |
1⁄2 Cup | Chopped Spring Onion |
100 Grams | Cabbage, Shredded |
2 Nos | Capsicums, Cut In Thin Sliced |
100 Grams | Carrots, Shredded |
1⁄2 Teaspoon | Black Pepper Powder |
2 Teaspoons | Green Chilli Sauce |
1 Tablespoon | Red Chilli Sauce |
1 Tablespoons | Vinegar |
1 Tablespoon | Tomato Ketchup |
2 Tablespoon | Refined Oil |
1⁄2 Teaspoon | Ajinomoto |
Salt For Taste |

PREPARATIONS
- Take soya noodlee and break in small pieces (8—10cm). Put the broken soya noodlee in 1 liter of water, 1 teaspoon salt and boil it for 15-18 minutes approx. Ortill noodlee cooked then drain and keep a side.
- Cut the vegetables as mentioned in ingredients. Make sure to cut the vegetables as thin as possible.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok/pan then add chopped garlic, ginger and stir-fry for 20 seconds.
- Add french beans and stir-fry for few minutes then add cabbage, capsicum, and carrot. Stir-fry vegetables for few minutes over high flame. (do not fry over)
- Add boiled noodlee, soy sauce, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper powder, ajinomoto then mix and toss until noodle and vegetables are evenly coated with sauces approx. 2-minutes. Turn offflame and serve.
