



Soya Noodlee Juicy Salad
Soya noodlee is a salad if you are planning to take low calories breakfast. Soya noodlee is a high protein content and taste extremely delicious when cooked with right ingredient and techniques.






| 100 Grams | Soya Noodlee (Break In Small Pieces) |
| 1 Cups | Chopped Carrots |
| 1 Cups | Frozen Green Pease |
| 1 Cups | Frozen Sweet Corn |
| 1 Cups | Chopped Cucumber |
| 1 Teaspoon | Oregano Dry Herbs |
| 1⁄2 Teaspoon | Black Pepper Crushed |
| 2 Tablespoon | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
| 2 Teaspoon | Lemon Juice |
| 4 Tablespoon | Tomato Sauce |
| 4 Tablespoon | Mayonnaise Sauce |
| 1 Tablespoon | Green Chilli Sauce |

PREPARATIONS
- Take a deep sauce pan and put in this Soya Noodlee, 1 liter of water, 1 teaspoon salt then boil it for 15-18 minutes approx or till it becomes fully soft. Now strain the Soya Noodlee and keep it aside.
- Boil all chopped vegetables except cucumber along with 1 teaspoon salt for 5 minutes or half-done. Strain the boiled vegetables and keep aside.
- Add olive oil in a large bowl then put boiled vegetables, boiled soya noodle, salt, black pepper, oregano then now add all remaining ingredients in this then mix
- Keep this salad in refrigerator for until cool. Now soya noodlee salad is ready to serve
