Soya Vegget Chilli Paneer Style

Soya chilli recipe need chilli which increase it’s taste . Soya chilli is created like paneer chilli. We can create it with gravy as well as without gravy according to our choice.
100 Gram Soya Vegget

For The Marination

1 Tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
5 Green Chillis, Chopped
1⁄2 Teaspoon White Pepper Powder
2 Tablespoon Wheat Flour
1 Tablespoon Corn Flour
1⁄2 Teaspoon Soya Sauce
2 Teaspoon Vinger

For The Sauce

2 Teaspoon Refind Oil
2 Onion, Cut In Diced
2 Capsicums, Cut In Diced
1 Teaspoon Chopped Ginger Garlic
2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Sauce
2 Teaspoon Green Chilli Sauce
1 Teaspoon Tomato Sauce
2 Teaspoon Vinger
1 Teaspoon White Pepper Sauce
2 Cup Water
1 Teaspoon Soya Sauce
1⁄4 Teaspoon Ajinomto
1 Tablespoon Corn Flour (Dissolve In 1⁄2 Cup Cold Water)
Salt To Taste

PREPARATIONS

  • Soak soya vegget in salted hot water for 20 minutes. After soaked in water, the soya veggets would appear bigger in size. Squeeze all the water from the soya veggets and keep aside.
  • Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl and add in this salt, oil, then water little by little and knead it to soft dough, cover the dough with a damp cloth and set it aside for 15 minutes.
  • Add soaked soya vegget into food processor, and pulse until the crumbleas like mince (keema).
  • Now add soya vegget mince, turmeric powder, salt, chopped green chilli, ajwine seeds and garam masala then stir—fry all of them in low flame till all the moisture is absorbed and the filling gets nicely mixed up and becomes dry. Finally add dry mango powder,chopped coriander leaves and removes from flame. Makes a meas normal paratha.
  • Serve hot pratha with pickle, chuttny or curd.
