Soya Vegget Pulao
Soya product not need any introduction in today world, we can use it’s protein in too many ways like we can cook this with basmati rice to make tasty pulao. Which is healthy as well tasty.100 Gram | Soya Vegget |

1 Teaspoon | Ginger—Garlic Paste |

1⁄2 Teaspoon | Red Chilli Powder |
1 Teaspoon | Turmeric Powder |
6 | Green Chillis, Cut In Length |

PREPARATIONS
- Soak soya vegget in salted not water for 20 minutes. After soaked in water, the soya veggets would appear bigger in size. Squeeze all the water from the soya veggets and keep aside.
- Wash basmati rice in running cold water until water clear. Soak rice in enough water for 15 minutes.
- Heat 4 tablespoons ghee in a pressure cooker on medium heat. Add whole spices and let get them brown then add sliced onions and stir-fry well until onions tum light golden brown then add ginger garlic paste and try another 1 minute. After this add chopped tomatoes and stir fry till it becomes soft.
- Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt then stir-fry on medium heat for 15 minutes or til oil separate.
- Add fried soya veggets into masala and cook 1-2 minutes on slow flame then add soaked rice, green chilli into same and mix well. Now pour4 cups of water, let bring a boil on high flame, after boil cover the pressure cooker and wait for 2 whistles then slow the flame and cook l minutes more.
- Now soya vegget pulao is ready to serve.
