Soya Vegget with Spinach

Soya vegget is a vegetarian product of vezlay with the help of ingredient like spinach you can make soya delicious foodstuff.
100 Grams Soya Vegget
1 ½ Cup Spinach Puree
4 Tablespoon Walnut
2 Onion Fine Chopped
2 Tablespoon Ginger-Galic Paste
1 Cup Fresh Tomato Puree
1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Red Chillis
1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
4 Nos Whole Red Chillis
1 Nos Whole Cloves
Salt To Taste

PREPARATIONS

  • Boil soya vegget in 1 litter of water and ½ teaspoon salt for 15 minutes or till becomes sofl. Now drain the water and squeeze soya vegget properly then keep aside in a bowl. (for better taste fry these soya veggets after soaked and squeezed).
  • Heat 4 tablespoons refined oil inapan/kadai,add the whole red chilli, clove, green cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, when they begin to change in color, add the chopped onions and ginger garlic paste, fry on medium heat till the onion turns light brown then add tomato puree, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, chilli powder and cook on slow flame until the oil separate.
  • Now add soya vegget into this masala then stir and cook for few minutes after this add spinach puree in the same and cook until moisture absorbed.
