1 Tablespoon | Chopped Ginger |
3 Big | Tomato, Fine Chopped |

2 Teaspoon | Red Chilli Powder |
2 Teaspoon | Coriander Powder |
1 Teaspoon | Turmeric Powder |
1 Teaspoon | Garam Masala Powder |
2 Tablespoon | Chopped Coriander Leaves |

- Open the Soya Indi Chop packet and take out the pieces, wash with cold water then chop like keema (mince).
- Heat 4 tablespoon oil in a pan/kadai on slow flame. Add cumin seeds and let get them brown, now add chopped onions and ginger then stir—fry until onions turn transparent.
- After this add chopped tomato, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, gram masala powder and cookfor 2-3 minutes on slow flame.
- Now add chopped Soya Indi Chop and cook on medium flamefor 5-8 minutes or until the well-cooked.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with Roti/Naan.
