Soya Hot & Spicy Indi Chop Recipe
Indi Chop is a crispy spicy and hot vegetable sabzi which is cooked with Soya Indi Chop it is one of the best sabzi which is created by the Soya ingredient. It has fully spicy tasty and it crunch.For The Marinate
200 Grams | Soya Indi Chop |
1 Tablespoon | Ginger- Garlic Paste |
2 | Green Chillis, Chopped |
1⁄2 Teaspoon | White Pepper Powder |
1 Tablespoons | Wheat Flour |
2 Tablespoons | Corn Flour |
2 Teaspoons | Vinegar |
1⁄4 Tablespoon | Ajinomoto (Optional) |
Salt | As Per Taste |
For The Sauce
2 Tablespoon | Refind Oil |
2 Tablespoon | Chopped Ginger Garlic |
2 Tablespoon | Red Chilli Sauce |
2 Tablespoon | Green Chilli Sauce |
2 | Green Chillis, Chopped |
1 Tablespoon | Tomato Sauce |
1 Teaspoon | White Pepper Powder |
1 Teaspoon | Soya Sauce |
1⁄2 Tablespoon | Vinegar |
1⁄2 Tablespoon | Ajinomoto (Optional) |
1 Tablespoon | Corn Flour (Dissolve In 1⁄2 of Cup Cold Water |
1⁄2 Cup Of | Chopped Spring Onion |

PREPARATIONS
- Open the Soya Indi Chop packet and take out the pieces, wash them with cold water then cut each piece into four equal parts.
- Marinate Soya Indi Chop with all the marinated for marinate section ingredients for 30 minutes.
- Heat sufficient oil in a pan/kadai then deep fry the Soya Indi Chop pieces until it becomes golden brown.
- Heat 2 tablespoons refined oil in a frying pan. Add chopped ginger garlic, green chillies and fry for a minute.
- Now add fried Soya Indi Chop and all the remaining ingredients of for the sauce except chopped spring onions, stir-fry them on a high flame for 1-2 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, take it out and sprinkle chopped spring onions then mix them well and serve hot.
