Soya Indi Chop Fried Rice

4 Tablespoon | Refind Oil |
3 Tablespoon | Chopped Garlic |
1 Cup | Chopped Onion |
5 | Green Chills, Chopped |
1⁄2 Teaspoons | White Papper Powder |
2 Teaspoons | Soya Sauce |
2 Teaspoons | Red Chilli Sauce |
2 Teaspoons | Ajinomoto |
1⁄2 Cup Of | Chopped Spring Onions |
Salt | As per Taste |

- Open the Soya Indi Chop packet and take out the pieces, wash them with cold water and then fine chop with knife on the chopping board.
- Wash basmati rice with cold water until the water clear, then soak the rice in enough water for 15 minutes.
- Boil 2 liters of water into a deep pan and add into this 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of refined oil and then soak rice and cook approx. for 5 minutes. After rice becomes half done strain the rice and keep it side. (do not overcook)
- Heat 4 tablespoons refined oil in a frying pan. Add chopped garlic, onion, green chillies and fry them for a minute.
- Add chopped Soya Indi Chop, salt, white pepper powder, soya sauce, vinegar, and msg to then stir- fry them for 3-5 minutes on a medium flame.
- Now add boiled rice and red chilli sauce into the same, stir fry them again on a high flame until they become well mixed.
- Turn off the heat, take it out and sprinkle chopped spring onions then mix well and serve hot.
