Paste for the Marinate
1 Inch | Size Ginger Piece |
20 | Cloves Of Garlic |
1 Tablespoon | Fennel Seeds |
1 Tablespoon | Cumin Seeds |
1 Tablespoon | Coriander Seeds |
6 Nos | Black Pepper |
2 Whole | Red Chillies |
2 Nos | Black Cardamoms |
50 Grams | Fresh Coconut |
2 | Cinnamon Sticks |
4 Nos | Cloves |
2 Teaspoon | Turmeric Powder |

PREPARATIONS
- Open the Soya Indi Chop packet and take out the pieces, wash them with cold water then cut each piece in small sizes.
- Put all the ingredients of paste into food processor jar and grind to get a smooth paste.
- Marinate Soya Indi Chop with the paste for 30 minutes.
- Heat 4 tablespoon oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, whole red chillis, curry leafs, wait for till sputter, then add chopped onions and stir-fry them until it becomes the golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes gets mushy.
- Add marinated Soya Indi Chop into this and cook on slow flame for 5-8 minutes with stirring continuously.
- Now pour 2 cups of water and mix them well then cook it with cover on slow flame for 8-10 minutes.
- After cooked garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
