Soya Noodlee In Schezwan Sauce
Schezwan soya noodlee is the king of soya noodlee recipe in the world. Noddle including this with the Schezwan sauce is help to give noodlee traditional flavor.

1 Cup | Sesame Oil |
3 Tablespoons | Chopped Garlic |
1⁄2 Teaspoon | Black Pepper Powder |
1 Teaspoon | Soya Sauce |
1 Teaspoon Red | Chilli Sauce |
1⁄4 Teaspoon | Ajinomoto (Optional) |
1⁄2 Cup Chopped | Cabbage |
1⁄4 Cup Chopped | Carrot |
1⁄4 Cup Chopped | Beans |
2 Tablespoons | Chopped Spring Onion |
1⁄4 Teaspoon | Sugar |
1 Tablespoon | Vinegar |
Salt | For taste |

- Take soya noodlee and break it in small pieces (8-10 cm). Put the broken soya noodlee in 1 liter of water and 1 teaspoon salt then boil it for 15-18 minutes approx. Or till noodlee cooked then keep it a side
- Boil whole red chilli with 2 cups of water and 1 teaspoon oil for 8-10 minutes on slow flame or till chillis soft then cool and grind to a fine paste.
- Add boiled soya noodlee and vegetables then cook with continually stir on slow flame. Do not let sticks if sticking adjusts few drops of water and cook another 5-8 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan/kadai then add chopped garlic and fry just for few seconds. Now add chilli paste and fry for 1 minute on slow flame or until the oil separates. (do not over fry).
- Add chopped carrot, beans, cabbage and boiled noodlee then fry for few minutes
- Add sugar, salt, chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, pepper powder, ajinomoto then mix and toss well so that everything gets mixed up evenly. Adjust salt, pepper. Garnish with chopped spring onions then serve.
