Soya Noodlee Italian Style

Soya noodlee can be cooked in so many ways like in italian style in italian style we can prepare italian soya food via using ripe olive and other ingredient which is given below.

100 Grams Soya Noodlee
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Nos Onions Chopped
8 Cloves Of Garlic, Chopped
250 Grams Chopped Tomatoes
1 Nos Red Capsicum Sliced
1 Nos Yellow Capsicum Sliced
10-15 Nos Black Olive Sliced
1⁄2 Teaspoon Red Chilli flakes
2 Tablespoons Chopped Celery
1 Teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper
2 Tablespoons Grated Processed Cheese

PREPARATIONS

  • Take a deep sauce pan, put in this soya noodlee, 1 litter of water, 1 teaspoon salt and boil it for 15-18 minutes approx or till it becomes fully soft. Now strain the soya noodlee and keep it aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large deep pan then add chopped garlic and onion. Sauté until onion is softened approximately 1 minute.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes, chopped celery, salt, black pepper, and red chilli flakes then cook on very slow flame for 8-10 minutes.
  • Now add the boiled soya noodlee, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, black olive to the sauce and allow finish cooking on medium heat. The sauce should coat the soya noodlee and look solid. When you shake the pan, the sauce and noodlee should move together.
  • Adjust the seasoning and add grated cheese, mixed dry herbs then toss until well combined. Remove from the heat and serve hot.
