Soya Noodle With Broccoli And Mushrooms

The trick to this simply delicious recipe is that the broccoli noodles and sliced mushrooms are cooked together and mixed with a creamy, cheesy sauce, this 35-minute dish is really good!
100 Grams Broccoli,Trimmed,Cut Into Small Florets
50 Grams Cauliflower (Cut Into Small Florets)
100 Mushrooms, Cut In Sliced
2 Tablespoons Vegetables Oil
12 Cloves Of Garlic, Chopped
2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
2 Big Size Onion, Cut In Sliced
1 Teaspoon Crushed Black Papper
2 Chopped Tomato
1⁄2 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Basil Papper
Salt To Taste

  • Break the soya noodlee in small pieces and take a deep sauce pan, put in this soya noodlee along with 1 liter of water, 1/2 teaspoon salt and boil for 15 minutes then add mushroom and broccoli into same boiling noodlee for last 2 minutes of cooking time then strain and keep it aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan then add sliced onion, chopped garlic and saute for few minutes. Now add boiled soya noodlee, vegetables, salt, pepper, lemon juice and stair fry for 2-3 mintues
  • Add chopped basil leaves into this and mix well.
  • Now this salad is ready to serve
