Soya Vegget Mutter Curry

Soya Vegget Mutter Curry is a recipe which main ingredient is peas and Soya Vegget on winter season peas is quite common vegetable in India market, it is cooked with gravy and we can eat it with Rice Roti etc.
100 Grams Soya Vegget
100 Grams Green Peas(Fresh Or frozen)
1 Pinch 0f Asafoetida
1 Teaspoons Cumin Seeds
2 Big Onion Fine Chopped
2 Teaspoons Ginger Garlic Paste
4 Big Tomatoes, Fine Chopped
2 Teaspoons Chillie Powder
2 Teaspoons Coriander Powder
1 Teaspoons Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoons Garam Masala
2 Tablespoons Chopped Coriander Leaves
4 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Salt As per Taste

PREPARATIONS

  • Soak Soya Vegget in salted warm water for 20 minutes. After soaked in water, the soya vegget would appear bigger in size. Squeeze all the water from the Soya Vegget. [Also you can cut Soya Veggets pieces into smaller onesl.
  • Marinate soaked Soya Vegget with chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt for 20 minutes.
  • Heat 4 table spoon oil in a pressure cookeron medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let it get brown then add asafetida, chopped onions and stir—frv well until onions turn light golden brown. After this add chopped tomatoes and stir-fry till it becomes
  • Add marinated Soya Veggets and green peas then stir fry continually on slow flame. Do not let sticks if sticking adjust few drops of water and stir fry for 5 minutes or until the oil separates.
  • Now pour 45 cups of water and mix well after this cover the pressure cooker and cook for 2-3 whistles or until Soya Veggets and green peas cooked well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
