Soya Vegget With Basil Walnut Sauce

Soya basil and walnut quite healthy and close to the nature , there mixture with soya vegget create very healthy and delicious meal
130 Grams Soya Vegget
1 Cup Chopped Fresh Basil
1/2 Cup Walnut
1 Cup Chopped Fresh Basil
15 Cloves Galic
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup Olive Oil Extra Virgin
6 Whole Red Chillis
Salt To Taste

PREPARATIONS

  • First prepare the basil walnut sauce. Put the basil, walnut, garlic, cheese salt and pepper in your food processor. Slowly add the olive oil into this. When it come to a consistency of mayonnaise that means now you have to stop adding oil.
  • Boil soya vegget in 1 liter of water and ½ teaspoon salt for 15 minutes or till becomes soft. Now drain the water and squeeze soya vegget properly then keep aside in a bowl.
  • Heat 2 tablespoon olive oil in a frying pan on very slow flame. Add whole red chilli and fry till color change then add chopped garlic and stir fry until garlic is softened, approximately 1 minute. Now add basil walnut sauce then cook on very slow flame for 1 minute.
  • Your delicious soya vegget with basil walnut sauce is ready. Garnish with basil leaves and serve hot. This is a very healthy dish.
