Penne pasta – 3 cupsSoya chunks – 1 1/2 cup(cooked&minced)Onion – 1 no(chopped)Garlic – 5 cloves(chopped)Greenchillies – 2 nos(chopped)Celery – 1/2 cup(chopped)Tomato puree – 1 tbspTomato canned – 1 tinBolognaise sauce – 1 tbspSalt – As reqdPepper – As reqdParsley – FewButter – As reqdMethod Of Cooking :
Step 1
For preparing pasta in soya bolognaise, first cook pasta with little salt and keep aside. Drizzle olive oil.
Step 2
In a pan, heat butter and little olive oil. Add garlic and onion. Fry for a while.
Step 3
Add celery, green chillies and soya chunks.
Step 4
Mix well. Add tomato puree, canned tomato and the bolognaise sauce.
Step 5
Add salt and pepper as required.
Step 6
Add parsley and sprinkle little water.
Step 7
Cook in low heat. When done, remove from flame.
Step 8
Keep the pasta in serving plate. Pour the soya gravy over the pasta and cover it.
Step 9
Pasta with soya bolognaise is ready.
