It is with great pleasure that we inform you that the Ministry of Food Processing Industries will be organizing a World Food India 2023 event which is scheduled to be held between 3rd to 5th November, 2023 in New Delhi.
With a total area of 50000 sq. ft. The World Food India 2023 exhibition will take place in Pragati Maidan and will feature major global companies as well as Indian companies involved in food processing and allied industries.
The exhibition will feature a specific sectoral emphasis, highlighting the strengths of various countries in their respective pavilions. Additionally, there will be state pavilions, where the different states (provinces) of India will showcase their unique offerings.
A first edition of World Food India was organized by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries in 2017 with over 800 exhibitors and more than 30 countries participating as a way to promote investments in the diverse food processing sector of the country in an effort to promote the rich Indian food culture and to showcase it to the world. At the event held in 2017, the Netherlands had been a Partner Country. In recognition of the International Year of Millets 2023, the Ministry of Food Processing Industries is preparing to organize the Second Edition of the World Food India 2023 exhibition from 3rd to 5th November, 2023 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
